Hexaa is committed to ensuring that hexaa.ai is accessible to people with disabilities. This statement describes our commitment, standards, verification method, known gaps, and how to request alternative formats or report issues.
Hexaa is committed to ensuring that hexaa.ai is accessible to people with disabilities.
Conformance
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site was verified against WCAG 2.2 AA on 2026-05-08 during launch-readiness work, and we commit to re-verification at the next major launch.
Verification method
Verification combines axe automated checks, keyboard-only testing, screen reader testing, zoom testing, focus-ring review, and reduced-motion checks. Screen reader coverage includes NVDA and VoiceOver. Keyboard testing covers Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Escape, and arrow-key flows where applicable.
Known issues
Known accessibility issues are tracked in the product backlog and remediated by severity. No known issue blocks completion of the primary marketing, booking, or readiness-assessment flows as of 2026-05-16.
Alternative formats
If you need an alternative format, email accessibility@hexaa.ai. We aim to respond within 5 business days and provide a reasonable alternative format or a clear status update.
Reporting issues
Email accessibility@hexaa.ai with the page URL, assistive technology used, browser, operating system, and a short description of the issue.
Continuous improvement
We re-test major releases and material UI changes. Accessibility checks are part of engineering verification, not a one-time audit.
Note on legal review
This statement is maintained for procurement readiness and should be reviewed by counsel before material legal reliance.
