The Challenge

What We Built

Automated workflows notify task owners before deadlines, track multi-owner assignments through completion, and push every update into a live analytics dashboard so leadership can check status in real time. What used to take 2 to 3 days of manual setup now takes under 5 minutes.

Results

Missed deadlines went from roughly 1 in 5 to fewer than 1 in 30 in the first quarter. The team got back 20+ hours a week that previously went to manual task entry, status updates, and copying data between systems. Every compliance task now lives in one place instead of three. The project covered its own cost within 4 months through avoided penalties and recovered PM time worth about $120K a year.
