Intellectual Property
All custom code built for clients is owned by the client upon full payment. Hexaa retains ownership of internal tools, frameworks, and methodologies used across projects.
AI Tools
Our website includes AI-powered interactive tools. These tools provide general guidance, not professional advice. Responses are generated by AI and may not be accurate. Do not submit confidential or sensitive business information.
Limitation of Liability
Hexaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.
