The inspection is done. The report and quote are still waiting.

From a job we delivered

A backflow test recorded a failed assembly, and the report did not give the assembly’s serial number. The utility’s filing and the repair quote were both still to do.

The system we built prepared the filing, asked the tester for the missing serial number and drafted the repair quote from the firm’s own prices. The quote stayed on the outstanding list until it was approved.

A backflow test report records a failed reduced pressure assembly with a relief valve deficiency, but the assembly serial number was not recorded. A draft utility filing is prepared with the serial number left as an open question for the tester. A draft repair quote is prepared from the recorded deficiency and the price list, with the evidence attached. The repair is listed as outstanding. The team approves both drafts.

What the system does for you

We agree the inspection types, filing requirements and quote process, then build it to:

  1. Read the inspection or test report and its supporting photos.

  2. Check for missing or conflicting details against the agreed report requirements.

  3. Flag what the technician or tester needs to clarify.

  4. Prepare the required filing documents for your team’s approval.

  5. Draft repair quotes from recorded deficiencies and your own prices, with supporting evidence.

  6. Track outstanding repairs against the follow-up records your team provides.

Your licensed technicians and certified testers make the decisions

Your licensed technicians and certified testers carry out the inspections and tests, decide what the findings mean and sign the reports. Your team approves the filings and decides which repairs to quote, at what price.

The system does not make a safety decision or supply a test result that nobody recorded.

What we’ll need for the trial

  • Reports and supporting records from 10 past inspection jobs, including some with deficiencies.
  • The relevant filing requirements, your price list and examples of repair quotes.
  • Someone who can check the reports, prepared filings and draft quotes.

Compare it with reports you have already handled

Choose 10 completed inspection jobs, including reports that needed correction. We test the checks, filing preparation and quote drafts against your finished records.

You see missed details, unnecessary flags and any recorded deficiencies left without a quote. We compare the work and checking time with your current process. That tests preparation accuracy and any time saved; it does not prove that a customer would buy a repair.

Pricing

Free trial and free setup for the first five US clients for this service.

From $1,500 a month once live. No minimum term.

The monthly service covers an agreed volume, maintenance, fixes and routine updates. Larger volumes or substantial additions cost extra.

We’ll confirm whether the free offer is available and agree the volume, scope and any third-party charges before you go ahead.

You own what we build for you

You own the custom system built for your business. You can take over running it or end our support at any time.

Existing software components and third-party products remain subject to their own licensing and service terms. We’ll explain which parts those terms cover before work starts.

Questions about reports, filings and quotes

Can this cover both fire protection and backflow reports?

Both are in scope. We agree your inspection types and the fire marshal or water utility requirements before testing the preparation.

Will it automatically submit reports to every portal?

It prepares the filings. Submitting them automatically depends on each portal’s access, permissions and process, which we check first.

Who sets the repair price and sends the quote?

Your team does. The system drafts quotes from recorded deficiencies and the prices you provide, ready for your team to check, approve and send.

Can we keep our inspection software?

We work around the software and records you already use. Access and compatibility need checking first, along with which checks your software already performs.

Can we trust AI with inspection reports?

The trial tests its work against reports your qualified people have already checked. We use AI to help read the records and report both correct findings and mistakes, while your people retain professional decisions.

How much does it cost after the trial?

For the first five US clients for this service, setup is free and service starts from $1,500 a month once live. There is no minimum term, and going live is your decision.

Who will have access to our inspection records?

We agree storage, access and any third-party processing before you share trial records. This inquiry does not require reports, portal credentials or customer files.
