Questions about evidence checks
Can you check site photos against job records?
Yes. It compares the records and photos with the certificates and agreed requirements, and we test those checks on your completed jobs.
Does a complete pack mean the work is safe?
No. Your competent people still assess the work and sign it off. Complete paperwork is not a safety judgement.
Do we need to replace our job management software?
No, it works alongside it. We first check what it already does and how records can be accessed, then agree which remaining checks are worth building.
Can each client have a different handover format?
We agree the required formats as part of the scope. Additional formats may change the work and price, so they need to be agreed before set-up.
What if AI misses a problem in a photo?
Your trial needs to expose missed problems as well as correct findings. We use AI to help read records and photos, while your team retains the checks and sign-off agreed for live work.
How much does the service cost?
For the first five UK clients for this service, the trial and set-up are free, followed by service from £1,000 a month once live. There is no minimum term.
Who can see our site records?
We agree access, storage and third-party processing before you share trial records. The initial enquiry does not ask you to upload job files.
