Your qualified supervisor decides whether the installation and readings are acceptable and signs off the work and certification. Your team approves any claim. The system checks paperwork; it does not certify that an installation is safe.

Existing software components and third-party products remain subject to their own licensing and service terms. We’ll explain which parts those terms cover before work starts.
Questions about installation paperwork
Which installations is this for?
Heat pumps, solar panels, batteries and EV chargers are in scope. We agree which of your installation types to test first and what paperwork each requires.
Can it prepare grant claim paperwork?
Preparing the supporting paperwork is in scope where a grant applies. We agree the scheme and required documents first; the service does not guarantee eligibility or claim acceptance.
Does it sign certificates or approve installations?
No. Your qualified people retain those decisions and sign-off. Missing or inconsistent records go back for attention.
Will it work with our installer app?
We need to check the app’s access and export options first. The trial also checks what your existing software already handles and where work still falls to your team.
Can AI tell whether an installation is correct?
It cannot replace your supervisor’s professional judgement. We use AI to help compare photos and documents, with the trial measuring errors, omissions and the checking still needed.
Is the trial free, and what happens afterwards?
The first five UK clients for this service get a free trial and free set-up. If you choose to go live, monthly service starts from £1,000 with no minimum term.
How will customer records be handled?
We agree storage, access and any third-party processing before you share trial records. You do not need to include customer files in this enquiry.
